statement is great, but delicate is better

For my 18th birthday, my parents gave me a diamond necklace - the diamond is actually from a ring that my grandparents gave my mom for her 18th birthday that she then had reset into a necklace for me. A decade later, I wear that necklace 99% of the time - it just goes with everything.
